Our People
ROTA is governed by a Board of Directors and chaired by Her Excellency Sheikha Mayassa Bint Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani.
Our administrative structure includes a dynamic team of professionals in a variety of departments led by a dedicated and experienced management team that spearheads all ROTA initiatives.
Our Values
The ROTA team operates under a strict code of conduct which reflects the collective basic beliefs of the team and serves as a guide for our formal and informal behaviors. ROTA values include:
